AJ Brown: MCL Sprain (?)

Brown fell on his left knee before halftime of Week 9 and attempted to return unsuccessfully. By video, the injury appears to be an MCL sprain, though that is not confirmed. Brown is as tough as they come, so there’s a chance he returns next week but given that he couldn’t do it Sunday, he’s facing an uphill battle.

At worst, this could be a 4-6 week injury based on the data, but that isn’t expected right now. He is scheduled to get an MRI on Monday. Conservatively, expect Brown to miss 2-3 weeks' worth of time.

Projected Return: Week 12-13/TBD

CeeDee Lamb: AC Joint

Lamb briefly left Week 9 with an AC joint sprain but returned. He’ll likely play in Week 10 with only mild concerns to reinjure himself. He is getting an MRI on Monday to confirm nothing is seriously damaged.

Projected Return: Week 10

Drake London: Hip/Oblique

London landed hard on his hip while catching a touchdown and was ruled out for the rest of the game. Although there are reports this “isn’t serious,” we’d like to see him practice a few days in a row before declaring he’ll be good to go.

The best case scenario is that he misses no time like Keenan Allen in 2018. The worst case is a two-week injury like Anthony Richardson’s this season.

Projected Return: Week 10-11

Chris Olave: Concussion

Olave was carted off and taken to the hospital in a scary scene but is now doing better. This is Olave’s fifth concussion since 2020, and it would not be surprising to see him go on the IR. If he plays again, he’ll be virtually unplayable due to reinjury volatility.

Projected Return: TBD

Dak Prescott: Hamstring

Dak sprinted for the first time since the Bush administration and unsurprisingly pulled his hamstring later in the game. Jerry Jones has already come out and said he’s “concerned” about the hamstring, and Dak himself said he couldn’t walk on it. At age 31, it would not be shocking if Dak tries to go against the Eagles but will face an uphill battle.

Here are some examples of younger and better athletes at the respective times of injury (2020 and 2022): Daniel Jones tried to play through a hamstring after missing one game and reinjured. Kyler Murray in 2022 missed 2 games so he could get right. Expect Dak to miss some time or be highly volatile if active.

For what it’s worth, the Eagles are favored by 6.5 points on the road in Dallas, so Vegas does not expect Dak to play this week.
